Research on purchasing behaviour of runners in choosing running shoes

Název práce: Výzkum nákupního chování běžců při výběru běžecké obuvi Cíle práce: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je pomocí marketingového výzkumu zjistit a popsat nákupní chování běžců ve všech fázích výběru běžecké obuvi. Nákupní chování je zjišťováno ve fázi před, při a po nákupu běžecké obuvi. Metody: K získání výsledných dat byla využita metoda online dotazování prostřednictvím specializovaného webového serveru Click4survey. Na jeho platformě byl vytvořen dotazník čítající 26 otázek, který napomohl ke zjištění výsledků a naplnění cíle výzkumu. Výsledky: Na základě informací získaných z dotazníkového šetření bylo popsáno nákupní chování běžců při výběru běžecké obuvi. Běžci se nejvíce informují na internetu, staví do popředí pohodlnost obuvi a řadí se spíše ke spokojeným a loajálním zákazníkům. Výsledné hodnoty přinesly i další zajímavá zjištění a vnášejí nový pohled na problematiku procesu nákupního chování a rozhodování u velmi specifické skupiny zákazníků. Purchasing behaviour is therefore investigated in the phase before purchasing running shoes, when purchasing running shoes and after that as well. Methods: An online survey method through a specialized website Click4survey has been used to obtain the resulting data. A questionnaire consisting of 26 questions, which helped to determine the results and to achieve the objectives of this thesis, was created on this website. Results: Purchasing behavior of runners in choosing running shoes was described based on information obtained from the online questionnaire. Runners collect information mostly from the internet, they highlight the comfort of the running shoes and they belong rather to satisfied and loyal customers. The ascertained values have brought also other interesting findings and also have brought a new perspective on the issue of purchasing behavior and decision-making process of a very specific customer group, the runners. The effect of freezing temperature on physiological traits in sunflower

This study was conducted to identify the physiological mechanisms associated with the resistance and tolerance of young sunflower plants to freezing temperatures. The effect of overnight temperature –3°C on the maximal quantum efficiency of PSII (Fv/Fm), the relative electrolyte leakage (REL) and the osmotic potential (Ψπ) was determined in five genotypes of sunflower: C33, C98, C124 and C148 were chosen from the population of recombinant inbred lines (RILs) based on contrasted responses to low temperature, and a wild genotype 2603 that was chosen for its ability to maintain activities in cold conditions. The night temperature –3°C over the course of 10 h caused an immediate significant decrease of Fv/Fm in C33, C98, C124 and C148. In the case of genotype C98, the effect of this freezing temperature was manifested by a significant increase of REL. Significant changes of Ψπ, as a reaction to the effect of freezing temperatures, were not found in any of the monitored genotypes. The measurements of the physiological traits after 5 days of regeneration indicated the renewal of integrity of cellular structures and an increase of PSII reaction centre efficiency in all monitored genotypes. From the point of view of tolerance or sensitivity, the wild genotype 2603 showed itself as tolerant towards the tested freezing temperature, displaying insignificant differences with control plants in all monitored traits. Genotype C98 appears to be the most sensitive from the monitored set, with evident changes in two traits signalling frost damage

Metoda a ekonomické limity regulace ve finančním právu

Hlavním cílem práce bylo identifikovat metodu regulace ve finančním právu a pojednat o jednotlivých oblastech finančního práva. Dalším cílem bylo vybrat základní ekonomické instituty, kterých stát užívá při plnění svých funkcí nebo které ovlivňují svojí regulací. Třetím cílem bylo určit sociologické metody, konkrétně metody kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu, které lze využít při úvahách de lege ferenda. Publikace je výstupem dvouleté výzkumné činnosti v projektech specifického výzkumu Masarykovy univerzity Metoda a ekonomické limity regulace ve finančním právu (2012) a Metoda a ekonomické limity regulace ve finančním právu II (2013).The main goal of the work has been to identify the method of legal regulation in financial law relations and to discuss certain segments of financial law. The second goal has been to select the basic economic institutes used by the state for fulfilling its tasks or affected by the state through its regulation. The third goal has been to assess the sociological methods including the methods of the quantitative and qualitative research that may be used for de lege ferenda discussions. The publication is the output of the two-years research activities in the specific research projects Method and economic limits of regulation in financial law (2012) and Method and economic limits of regulation in financial law II (2013)

Numeral systems, their conversions and arithmetic operations

Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Číselné soustavy, jejich převody a početní operace v nich" se zabývá teorií číselných soustav obecně, jejich historií a principy zápisů a převodů čísel ve vybraných číselných soustavách. Práce je rozčleněna do pěti kapitol. Text je doplněn množstvím ilustrativních příkladů. Práce začíná obecným úvodem do teorie číselných soustav a částí věnovanou jejich historii. Ve druhé kapitole je uveden krátký výčet číselných soustav a způsob vyjádření čísla v dané soustavě pomocí rozvinutého zápisu. V další kapitole jsou vysvětleny principy převodů mezi číselnými soustavami s různými základy. Následuje kapitola zabývající se početními operacemi v různých číselných soustavách - sčítáním, odčítáním, násobením a dělením. Závěrečná kapitola se zabývá praktickým využitím ve školské matematice. Jsou zde uvedeny řešené příklady z různých oborů.ObhájenoThis thesis titled "Numeral systems, their conversions and arithmetic operations" deals with the general theory of number system, their history, principles of registrations and transfers of the numbers in the selected number systems. The work is divided into five chapters. The text is supplemented by a number of illustrative examples. The beginning of the work is the general introduction into the theory of the number systems and their history. The brief list of number systems and the way of the expressing numbers in a writing system is in the second chapter. The principles of transfers between the numeral systems are explained in the next chapter. The following chapter explains the mathematical operations in different number systems - addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The practical using in school mathematics is discussed in the last chapter. There are given calculated examples in various fields

Event management

This Diploma Thesis deals with the description and analysis of the process of preparation and implementation of events organized by a law firm HAVEL & PARTNERS. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the use of the individual event management elements within the implementation of events at the law firm and to identify the correct and incorrect practices in the process of preparation and realization of the event. The thesis also includes suggestions for possible improvements and recommendations on how to organize an event of a commercial character in the best possible way and equally, what mistakes to avoid. The thesis is divided into two parts. In order to set the topic in a broader theoretical concept, the first passage defines firstly the marketing mix, then event marketing and event management including its individual elements. The practical part introduces the law firm HAVEL & PARTNERS, followed by the analysis of the process of preparation and execution of events and a critical evaluation of the effectiveness of the events based on previously defined objectives.Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem a analýzou procesu přípravy a realizace eventů organizovaných v advokátní kanceláři HAVEL & PARTNERS. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit využití jednotlivých prvků event managementu při realizace eventů v advokátní kanceláři a identifikovat správné a nesprávné praktiky při přípravě a realizaci. Součástí práce je navržení možných variant pro zlepšení a také doporučení, jak co nejlépe zorganizovat event obchodního charakteru a jakých chyb se naopak vyvarovat. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy v teoretické pasáži je za účelem zasazení tématu do širšího teoretického konceptu nejprve definován marketingový mix, poté event marketing a event management včetně jeho jednotlivých částí. Polynomials for division of the circle

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá polynomy pro dělení kruhu. V první kapitole jsou řešeny binomické rovnice, v další na toto téma logicky navazuje otázka polynomů pro dělení kruhu, které jsou nazývány také cyklotomické polynomy. Zajímavou částí je otázka sestrojitelnosti pravidelných mnohoúhelníků pomocí pravítka a kružítka. Dále jsou řešeny jejich vlastnosti, předně jejich ireducibilita. V závěru koeficienty těchto polynomů. Text práce je doplněn řadou názorných příkladů.ObhájenoThis bachelor´s thesis looks into the problematic with the polynomials for division of the circle. Binomial equations are solved in the first chapter which is logically followed by the question of polynomials for division of the circle that is also called cyclotomic polynomials. The part dealing with the construction of regular polynomials with the aid of a ruler and a pair of compasses belongs to the most interesting parts of the work. It is dealt with their characteristics, primarily with their irreducibility. In the end of this work the author looks into the coefficients of the polynomials.
